Upcoming workshop –

Learn how to make your first loaf of Sourdough bread or refine your skills in Charleston, SC! Private and group rates available. We can come to you, or book space for classes. Classes are 4.5 hours where you will learn the art of sourdough baking: fermentation, how to make a sourdough starter, how to build gluten naturally with a blend of whole grains, shape loaves, build steam in a home oven, scoring. At the end we will celebrate by eating the bread we create with some delicious pairings.
